Roadhouse achieved planning permission to construct a brand new detached home on the side garden of the existing property at Swingate Avenue.
This was one of many of Roadhouse’s first constructed new properties back in 2014. This new dwelling had oak interior through out, along with an exceptional kitchen, underfloor heating, a tasteful bathroom and a private driveway
