Work Begins at Manor Barn Farm in the New Year!

Manor Barn Farm is a prestigious 181-unit, high-quality residential development located in the heart of Frindsbury, Strood. We are proud to be delivering Phase 1 of this landmark project, with construction officially starting in January 2026.
Rich in history, the site is home to Manor Farm Barn, one of the great barns of England, built by the monks of St Andrews Monastery in the 15th century. As part of this development, plans include the careful restoration and transformation of the barn into a luxury wedding venue, preserving its heritage for generations to come. The development also includes a new secondary school in Medway, further strengthening local infrastructure and long-term growth.
