This was the conversion of a Grade 11 listed former pub premises restored to original format. Extensive works have been carried out to maintain the historical and architectural significance of the building under the guidance of English heritage.
The project was nominated by the overseeing heritage officer for listed building of the year award. Constructed 3 character cottages adjacent to the pub.
